Nothing on this website, in our emails or in our adverts is medical advice, and none of our products is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Our wellness and sleep products are designed to support everyday comfort and routines, and our beauty products are for cosmetic use.

If you have a medical condition, are pregnant or breastfeeding, take medication, or have persistent or severe pain, please speak to a doctor or other qualified health professional before using any product, and do not delay getting advice because of something you read here.

Everyone is different

How a product feels depends on your body, your sleep position, your skin or hair type, and how you use it. We cannot promise that any product will give you a particular result. Customer reviews describe individual experiences and are not a promise of what you will experience.

Safety for electrical, light and massage devices

If you buy a device that uses heat, light, vibration, electrical stimulation or microcurrent, read the instructions first and follow them. Do not use these devices if you:

• have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted electronic or metal medical device;
• are pregnant, unless your doctor has said it is safe;
• have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, or are sensitive to light;
• have cancer, an active infection or a condition affecting circulation or sensation in the area; or
• have broken, inflamed, burnt or recently treated skin in the area of use.

Never use these devices while driving, asleep or in water, and stop using a product if it causes pain, irritation or unusual symptoms. If you are unsure whether a product is suitable for you, ask your doctor first. Protect your eyes from bright light as the instructions say.

Skin and hair products

Do a patch test on a small area of skin 24 hours before first use, and check the ingredient list for anything you are allergic to. Avoid contact with eyes. Stop use if irritation occurs and seek medical advice if it persists.

Reporting a problem

If a product causes you a problem, stop using it and email support@wellandbloom.com with your order number. We take safety reports seriously and will respond within 2 business days.
